( Main menu - Settings - Edit Project - Project permissions - Project functions )

Determine which functions a user is allowed to use within the project.

These settings will be transferred when copying Template-users !

Description

•create issue ( A, M )

This determines if the user can create issues.

•merge issues ( A, M )

This determines if the user can merge issues.

•delete ( A, M )

This determines if the user can delete issues. Moreover, this setting determines if the user is allowed to move issues. Users, who are allowed to "copy/move" issues but not to delete issues, can not "move" issues but "copy" them.

•copy & move ( A, M )

This determines if the user is authorized to copy or move issues from one project to another.

•data import / data export ( A, M )

This determines if the user is authorized to import external data into the project and if the user is authorized to export data respectively.

•email ( A, M )

This determines if the user is authorized to email issues to project members.

•charts ( A, M )

This determines if the user is authorized to statistically evaluate the current search result.

•set hierarchy ( A, M )

This determines if the user is authorized to subordinate issue under other issues.

•chat access( A, M )

This determines if the user is authorized to use the chat function at the list view.

•Show username in history

Usernames are shown for each entry in the history if this option is marked.

•Field - Print

"Create new issue based on current issue" in theList view.

•Field - Print

The permission if a user is allowed to see history content of fields at all and if he or she is able to use field history in filter functions

•Field - Print

The right controls whether a user can print entries.

•Visibility settings ( A, M )

During the process of Creating or editing issues, they can be set "invisible".

To authorize a user to use this function, mark the radio button set visibility.

To authorize a user to read invisible issues to read, can see invisible entries, but do not set visibility,

To authorize a user to read "visible" issues only, mark the radio button no visibility access.
