Graphical evaluation of the search result

Description

offers a possibility to analyze and control the course of your project statistically.

If you are permitted to create charts, you can display statistical evaluations graphically in this view. The evaluations refer a chosen filter. (See example below). You can directly select the different filter sets from a selection list in the general selection of the view Charts.

Furthermore the charts refer to the selected levels, you can select in the general selection of the view charts. You can choose between five index cards that contain different charts:

Index card Arrangement in groups

This chart shows the amount of entries on the basis of a specific arrangement in groups.

Index card crosstabulation

This statistic shows the collected data from the index card Arrangement in groups into an crosstab.

Index card Chronological sequenz

Index card Duration per status

This chart shows the average duration of all statuses (in days) for all entries in the period (in consideration of repeated statuses), illustrated by bar chart.

Index card Percentage contingent

This Chart evaluates the contingents of all statuses referring to an optional day. Results are illustrated in a pie chart.

Note: Status changes that have been performed bevore updating

Example

Generating a chart to display how many issues of the status "in process" have been processed by "user A" over the period of the project:

Select a filter that only displays issues processed by "user A" (e.g. [ User ] LIKE 'user A').

The search result of the filter provides the basis for the evaluation.

Go to index card Chronological sequenz and select the status "in process" from the status selection.

Click Update to view the result.
