Export file attachments

Description

provides you with information about the number and location of the attachments. If the current search result contains issues with file attachments, enter the FTP connection data: "Server name", "User name", "Password" and the "Folder". To start the export, click the button "Start export to FTP".

Note

You must have access privileges to create folders and files on the FTP server. Depending on the file sizes, the export can take a few minutes. The result is displayed afterwards.

Note

To select the issues you want to export, you have to use the filter function. The issues of the current search result will be exported. You can not select the issues by checking the checkboxes. To narrow your selection down to size you wish, use the Filter settings.
