Export text data

Description

The export lets you export the text data of issues into a local CSV or XML file.

CSV export

To start the CSV export, click the download icon for the CSV Export () and choose the local directory.

creates a file in this directory that contains the issues in CSV format. The first row of the file contains the project's column captions.

XML-Export

To start the XML export, click the download icon for the XML Export () and choose the local directory.

creates a file in this directory that contains the issues in XML format. You will find the description of the XML file in the following XSD file http://www.woodpecker-it.com/xmlns/wpit-export-5.4.xsd.

Note

To select the issues you want to export, you have to use the filter function. The issues of the current search result will be exported. You can not select the issues by checking the checkboxes. To narrow your selection down to size you wish, use the Filter settings.
