( Main menu - List Issues )
Main view containing the formatted listing of the issues.
Description
After the Project selection appear a list of the in the project included entries. For that there are the list view in form of a table and the board view. Over the table respectively the board view is the menu list with the possible functions located.
Table
The structure of the table is based on the Table structure and the Workflow that was designed by the Project Administrator.
Each table row starts with a field that can contain different icons and control elements.
Selection checkbox

Selection checkbox: To select an issue for further editing (e.g. copy/paste, delete) check this checkbox. You can choose more than one issue. To check all checkboxes of the displayed issues at once click the button "Select all" on the button bar. If you have selected some issues and want to inverse your selection, click the button "Invert selection".

To open an issue in extended edit mode (with record-picker) click this icon. This function can be disabled in the User profile.

Click this icon to open the issue in Edit view.

If you click the chat icon, a window will pop up containing the chat. If there are messages the icon is shown.

The icon quick view opens a new window which shows all fields of the entry.

This symbol is displayed only if you are allowed to set the hiearchy and to create issues. If you click this icon the Edit issue-view will open and you can create a lower ranked issue.

Create new issue based on current.
You can create an issue which default state fields are initial copied from the current edited issue. Attachments and autofilled fields will not be copied.

This symbol is displayed, if the issue was set unvisible.
|

This symbol is displayed if an issue is not in the current filter set, but it is displayed, because he has sub issues which are in the current filter set.

The following two fields contain the information:
ID
|
the unique ID of the issue within the project. Is there are a displayed in front of the id, the issue is ranked under another issue. Clicking the symbol the higher ranked issue will be opened in the quick view.

Status
|
the current status of the issue. This table row is highlighted in the respective status color.
|
Depending on the view settings and the permission of the user the single data fields of the issue are displayed:
•The head of the table displays the column names of the subordinated cells.
•The cells contain the field data of the issues and are highlighted in the color that corresponds to the Column-status-assignment.
•The history icons or indicates that a history is recorded for this field. Is the first history icon shown, the history is empty. The other history icon indicates that the history contains one or more entries. If you click this icon, a window pops up containing the history of the issue.
Board
The structure of the board view is based on the Table structure, Boards and the Workflow that was designed by the Project Administrator.
Every board entry have equivalent to the table a selection checkbox with the same functionality.
Status change can be done through drap&drop. If a status change is possible and the current user don´t have the rights or if not every mandatory filed is filled a error message will occur. If it´s basically not possible to change the status the background of the status column will be reddish otherwise bluish.
Menu bar
The list view has functions the user can reach through the menu bar.
