(A) (M) ( Main menu - Settings - Edit project - Workflow ) Definition of the workflow
Description Within the view workflow you can determine the statuses and status changes of the workflow. This view is accessible for Managers and Administrators only.
Objects to work on Name, color and status changes of the chosen project's status. Choose the project from the general selection list and then the status you want to edit from the mask selection list.

Default status In the example above the status "recorded" is the "default status". This is the status that is assigned to each issue when it is created. The default status is created automatically. Only one of all statuses can be determined to be the default status. Select to it in the mask selection the desired status from the selection list default status.
Add a new status Click the button add a new status within the mask selection to create a new status and edit it within the index cards.
Delete a status To delete a status, choose it in the mask selection and click the button delete within the operation area. Issues that currently are in the status you delete, will be set to default status.
Workflow visualization To keep a good overall view, handling extensive projects with many statuses and ramifications of those statuses, you can display a graphical representation of the workflow. Click the button workflow visualization within the mask selection.
Within the index card General you can enter the name and define the color of the status.
Within the index card Status change you can define to which statuses the respective status can be changed.
Within the index card Threshold status you can define, which status sub issues must have reached, so that the status of the higher ranked issue can be changed in the respective status.
In the view As Matrix you can define to which statuses the respective status can be changed.
The view Status change details lets you determine if and to whom an automated email will be sent and if certain fields are required to be filled out, when performing a status change.
