Definition of status change details

Description

In this view you can determine if automated emails are sent, when performing a status change and who receives them. Furthermore you can define, which fields are required to be filled out for a status change.

This view is accessible for Managers and Administrators only.

Objects to work on

Statuses chosen in the View Workflow.

Choose the project from the general selection and the status change from the mask selection.

Index card Required Fields

Within the index card Required fields you can determine, which of the required fields that were defined in the View Table structure are required for the status change.

Index card Auto mail

Within the index card Auto mail you can determine who of the users receives an automated email, when performing the status change.
