Description Within the index card Auto mail you can determine who of the users receives the issue via automated eMail, when performing the status change.
After selecting a status change from the mask selection, check the checkboxes next to the names of the project members who will receive an automated eMail from
Note Only project members who obtained an email address in the view User settings are displayed in the list of project members.
Receiver selected in column ... If a field of the type project members is defined in the view Table structure, you can select that as well. The system selects the receivers according to the selection in this field.
If an email address is assigned to the receiver you can assign a email template here. A template only can be assigned if the checkbox for the receiver is checked. A click on the icon
