(A) (M) ( Main menu - Settings - Edit Project - Workflow - Status change details - Auto mail - assign template) Create, edit, delete, assign and unassign templates for automatic emails
Select template Select an existing template.
Template name Assign a name to the template.
E-mail subject (optional: replaces default subject definition) If you want change the default email subject (project name, issue ID, reason, current value of "Take-over in mail subject" in Table structure -> Index card General) enter here a custom email subject (using of markers is possible, see below)
E-mail content Insert the email content here (using of markers is possible, see below).
Paste marker Choose the markers that will be replaced with the current values when the email is sent. The list of markers contains beside the column names of the project the following fix markers: #ISSUE_DATE#: Date when the issue was created #ISSUE_ID#: ID of the issue #ISSUE_PROJECT#: Name of the project #ISSUE_PROJECTID#: ID of the Project #ISSUE_PROJECT_DESC#: Project description #ISSUE_REASON#: Reason for sending the email #ISSUE_RECEIVER#: Receiver (#ISSUE_RECEIVERFULLNAME# + #ISSUE_RECEIVERMAIL#) #ISSUE_RECEIVERFULLNAME#: Receiver (login name, user type, user ID, user name) #ISSUE_RECEIVERMAIL#: Receiver email address #ISSUE_SENDER#: Sender (#ISSUE_SENDERFULLNAME# + #ISSUE_SENDERMAIL#) #ISSUE_SENDERFULLNAME#: Sender (login name, user type, user ID, user name) #ISSUE_SENDERMAIL#: Sender email #ISSUE_STATUS_CURRENT#. Status #ISSUE_STATUS_PREVIOUS#: Status before status change #ISSUE_TIME#: Time when the issue was created
New template Create a new template.
Delete template Delete an existing template.
Save Save the current template.
Assign Assign the template to the current receiver.
Unassign Unassign the template.
Close Close the dialog. |
