Create and edit user and user data

Description

Managers can create, edit, delete and authorize users for projects in this view.

Project Administrators can edit user data of their project members.

Project Administrators have no access to the index card Project access.

and the fields User nr, User type and User name in the Index card General.

Note

The project based user permissions are defined in the view Permissions.

Objects to work on

User

Edit user

Choose the user you want to edit from the mask selection and choose your settings in the index cards Index card General and Project access.

Create user

Managers can create a new user by first clicking the button create a new user in the mask selection and than entering user data into the index cards General and Project access.

Delete user

Managers can delete a user by choosing the user from the mask selection and clicking the button delete in the operation area.

Index card General

The index card General lets you edit user data.

Index card Project permissions

Managers can determine in this index card, which projects a user can access.
