(A) (M) ( Main menu - Settings - Edit Project - Project permissions ) Determine the project permissions of users.
Description The view Project permissions lets you determine the users' permissions within a project, which functions they are allowed to use and to which user group they belong to. This view is only available for Managers and Administrators.
Objects to work on Permissions of a user within the chosen project. Choose the project from the general selection and the user, whose permissions you want to edit, from the mask selection. Please note: The mask selection only displays project members, i.e. users, who have been authorized for the project. Users can only be authorized by Managers. To authorize a user for a project, either go to Settings in the main menu, choose Edit User and then the index card Project access or go to Settings in the main menu, choose Edit Project and then the index card project members.
The index card General lets you determine if a user functions as a Standard-user or if he/she is a Project administrator.
The index card Project functions lets you determine what functions a user is allowed to use in the project.
The index card User groups lets you determine, whose issues a user is allowed to read.
The index card Email accounts lets you determine, to which email accounts a user has access to.
Index card History At this index card all warranties which was granted to or revoked from an user were recorded.
