Edit the status changes of a workflow

Description

This view lets you determine to which status the user can change from the current status.

Note

In this view you are creating the workflow. Within the View Workflow permissions on the index card Status change permission you can decide for each user individually if he/she is allowed to perform the defined status changes or not.

The view displays three columns:

•current status

This is the status you are working on

•previous status

This is the status from which the user can change to the current status.

To edit this status change, choose the previous status from the mask selection on the left.

•Change to

These are all potential target statuses of the current status.

In the column Change to you can decide to which status the user can change from the current status.

To turn a status into a target status, check the checkbox next to the status name.

If you want to make a status change to one of the statuses impossible, uncheck the checkbox next to the status name.

If you change the target status settings and want all project members to be authorized to perform the new status changes, put the radio button on Allow all project members to execute new status changes.
