Set user permissions depending on the current status

Description

The view Workflow permissions lets you determine for each status separately: if project members can access issues of this status; which status changes they can perform; which fields they are allowed to edit.

This view is accessible for Managers and Administrators only.

Objects to work on

Permissions of a user depending on the selected status. Choose the project and the user from the general selection and the status from the mask selection.

Index card Access

This index card lets you determine if the user is allowed to access issues of the selected status.

If the user does not have access to the status, both of the following index cards are not displayed.

Index card status change permission

This index card lets you determine if the user can perform status changes that have been defined for the status.

Index card field access

This index card lets you define the type of access the user has to fields of issues within the selected status. You define if the user has no access, read-only access or full access.
