Choose columns

Description

In this view you can select the columns which will provide the content for the email body or you can choose a email template.

Column selection

Check the checkboxes next to all columns you want to send.

The system regulates automatically that fields, a project member has no permission for, will not be sent. This does not work for receivers you enter manually in the index card "Subject, additional receivers and text".

Email template:

Choose the email template which determines the format of the email body text or generate a new onenew template
