Automated export as email attachment

Attach all affected issues to the alerting email

 

Format XML

The attachment will be XML-formatted. You find the XML schema (namespace) at http://www.woodpecker-it.com/xmlns/wpit-export-5.4.xsd.

 

Format CSV

The attachment will be CSV-formatted. You can change the following settings:

Delimiter: Choose comma or semicolon as delimiter.

Text identification mark: Choose single or double quotation marks.

Always use text identification mark: Activate that function to set quotation marks for every exported value (also for numeric values).

 

Note

If the number of affected issues exceeds the limit (given by the key ALERTING_AUTO_EXPORT_LIMIT in db_settings, default is 100) the following message will be exported:

"Automated issue export has been cancelled. Maximum allowed issues to export: 100"
