Description

offers you the possibility to define the entries of selection lists yourself. First you have to define a column of the data type "selection list" in the Table structure. Then you can freely choose the entries of the selection list(s) in this view.

The index card General lets you determine name and position of the entry.

Index card User permissions

The index card User access lets you determine for each user individually if the entry is accessible for the user or not.

Index card Dependencies

Administrators are able to define dependencies from selection list entries to other selection list entries. Only if these dependencies are achieved, an selection liste entry can be selected. Such dependencies can be created in these index card.

Data reconciliation

Deleting or Renaming existing selection list entries may result in irregularities. E.g. you rename the entry "high" of the selection list "priority" and give it the new name "immediately". Existing issues that obtained priority "high" before, will not be part of the results if you search your issues with the filter "immediately". To adjust the existing data of the project to the changed selection list, check the checkbox in the operation area next to the buttons "delete" and "save" before saving. This will automatically apply all changes (deleting or renaming) to all existing issues that contain the changed entry.
