Define the handling of history fields

Description

The index card History lets you determine how history fields are dealt with.

Note

Columns that have no history field (defined in View Table structure) will not be displayed in this view.

Check the checkboxes next to column captions if you want the columns history to:

•be directly displayed in List view

•be included in emails

•be included in CSV exports

.

If you uncheck a checkbox, the history field will only be displayed if the user clicks the history icon.
