• The licensed version is a named user license, i.e. the customer acquires the right to install the software Woodpecker IT on a server and use it for a determined number of users.
• The one-off fee consists of a basic charge and a charge calculated by the number of users.
• It is left to you if you want to acquire updates of the software by concluding a maintenance agreement.

• If you decide in favor of the ASP version, we provide the software for you via internet. You only have to register for a certain number of users and we connect you to the system. The users access their projects via our homepage.
• The monthly fee is calculated by the number of registered users.
• Using the ASP version, you will be provided with all updates of the software automatically. You can create any amount of projects and issues.
• The only limit is: The total amount of data must not exceed 3GB. This corresponds to an amount of 30000 issues. Of course, you can extend the data capacity at any time.

The prices for both versions include e-mail support.
