Receiving e-mails
An unlimited set of Mail server accounts can be assigned to every Woodpecker IT project. Woodpecker IT gets copies of the emails from the mail server. Users can open the emails directly in Woodpecker IT and can assign the email content and attachements to an issue.
Another very easy way to import data into Woodpecker IT is an optional module that receives e-mails (including multiple attachment data) and converts them automatically into issues.

By the model ASP Woodpecker IT is suitable for us in particular to the coordination of our external development partners. The free configuration of the structures and workflows helps us to use the Issue Tracker in different scenarios like project and application support.
